Allied Aire, Inc. Knows that maintenance to your system will extend the life of your system as well as increase efficiency and reduce problems. We have a comprehensive maintenance plan to meet that needs.
ALLIED AIRE, INC. offers maintenance plans featuring the following benefits to our clients:
- Agreements are made for one year and cover two service check-ups per year.
- Prompt and courteous emergency service within 24 hours of contact with our office
- Overtime labor rates will not apply on weekends or after 5:00pm on weekdays
- 10% discount on all parts purchased from and installed by ALLIED AIRE, INC.
- Discounts for coverage on multi-systems.
- Our program also covers cleaning indoor and outdoor coils that many other competitors charge extra for.

MAINTENANCE CHECK POINTS
- Check freon levels
- Examine and clean coils
- Inspect duct system
- Calibrate and inspect thermostat
- Evaluate motor and compressor amp draws
- Inspect heat exchanger and clean burners
- Assess flue piping
- Check condensate drains and pumps
- Replace or clean air filter
- Verify electrical connections
- Check and clean humidifier
- Motor oiling if required
- Test system safety devices
- Check zoning controls
CUSTOMER ASSURANCE
Allied Aire, Inc. guarantees prompt and courteous emergency service within 24 hours of contact with our office. Overtime labor rates will not apply on weekends or after 5 pm on weekdays. There will be a 10% discount on all parts purchased from and installed by Allied Aire, Inc. This maintenance agreement is solely for the address stated in the information above. In the event of customer relocation, maintenance agreement is automatically reassigned to the new home owner of the address stated in above information. This maintenance agreement does not cover: insulation, structural neglect, air quality, electrical wiring, airflow balancing, or any claims beyond equipment. This maintenance agreement shall be void if, in sole judgment of Allied Aire, Inc., it is determined that equipment has been altered or tampered with, operating beyond manufacturers specifications, subject to misuse, fire or acts of god or negligence.
